    Zeta "Accuracy"

Certain death on the International Space Station lies ahead for any who would remain there during the coming weeks. This is the analysis, based on the current path of Planet X and its entourage of debris.

Well, it's 3 weeks since that "warning." The ISS has been resupplied with food, and remains happily in orbit. Either this ZetaTalk will dissapear, or Nancy will post a revealation on how the Zetas took pity and saved it.

The Zetas seem to love to take pity on us and save us. So, if that's the case, why should we be worried? Ever? About anything?

Hey look! I'm driving on the wrong side of the road into traffic! But no need to fear! The Zetas will save me.

Maybe theres some other aliens, the Omegas, who saved us! (Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll stop the Zeta from talking to Nancy, too)

When I was working for the state of Illinois, some of us used the phrase "simple servant."

Not really. According to Nancy, they're quite capable of moving Venus around at will, but at the same time they can't be bothered to save us from a pole shift that's going to kill billions.

I'm hearing empty threats. Every time we're supposed to die, they just go "Gotcha!"

November has come and gone. Does that mean the game of interstellar billiards is finally over? Or ar ethey just racking the balls up again?

Grant and Nancy are still going full tilt boogie over at GLP.
Nancy's latest thread is titled "Planet X: Snap, Crackle, Pop"!
Sorry, I haven't read it, so I can't tell you what it's about!

Zetans... Least they could have done was to choose a better star to have them inhabit. Doesn't anyone plan their fiction anymore? **chuckles**

Don' t bother reading it - it will destroy too many braincells.

Basically, she rambles on for a page about the magnetic pole being jerked back and forth by planet X. Of course, all of this caused the 9.0 earthquake.

I was at a lecture where the speaker noted that aliens always seem to be from stars that have proper names (Zeta Reticuli, Vega, Sirius). They're never from some star with just an astronomical name such as HD210277 so aliens don't have a lot of stars to choose from.

What I find remarkable is that the aliens are always from a star that we know about. Considering how big the Galaxy is, and how many solar like stars are probably within 1,000 light years that we haven't even discovered or reliable identified yet... why are they always from just a few light years away?

Although, i suppose, it does help them with their frequent flier miles....

Actually, what's funnier is when aliens refer to their planet as Vega IV. Like we call our planet Sol III. They probably call their planet Xfaswe, which in their language translates to "Dirt".

Maybe the Vegans had their "Roman Empire" phase too. Roman numerals could be a universal constant.

I used to share a house with one. Seemed fairly normal. No odd nocturnal probing. Just refused any offers of cheese on toast.

There are Vegans living among us as we speak. No sure what their numbering system is, other than rough counting due to consuming fewer types of food than most of us. Then they might do calculations using Roman numerals made out of pasta.

Yay!!! If we still used Roman numerals there wouldn't be so many Americans who confused the rest of the world over when exactly the third millennium began.

The first millennium would have begun in year I and ended at the end of M, the second would have run from MI to MM, and the third would have correctly begun in MMI.

Oh well, at least the British Empire and Boston got it right in 1901.

is one of those universal constants?
