If you recall, O'Keefe is the person who ridiculed "foamologists'" during the Columbia accident investigation.
Perhaps the new administrator might have some background in engineering, instead of the seemingly endless line of MBAs with their "I can manage anything, I don't need to know the technical crap." attitudes.
