Yes. In fact I see them every day. Tyndall AFB will have the first full squadron of F-22's (they're still building the squadron, I think they have 11 or 12 now). Tyndall is a training base so all of the planes here are used for training purposes. So they are not yet operational in a combat sense but there are pilots learning to fly them. They also train F-15 pilots and Air Battle Managers (me) here.
Yeah, I think they're going into limited service this year. Alaska was supposed to get a bunch of them for winter conditions testing, so I'd expect a few other places are getting them by now.
Did Luke replace their F-15s with the -22s also? I trained on the -15s at Luke "several" years ago.
We used to see them overhead at Dobbins all the time over the last few years. Since they are built(or assembled there) ground, basic tested, and then ferried to Edwards(I think).
The short answer is sort of. There are a lot of F/A-22s flying, but it wasn't until late October that the first F/A-22 destined for an operational (rather than a test or training) squadron rolled off the assembly line. The team website is here.
