    Star Trek on bluray

The time has come. However, I'm wondering what to go for. The logical thing might be the full series box set, but it doesn't look as good as the individual season box sets and apparently a few of the reviews of Amazon agree.

Too bad they don't include some of the fan made revised versions. There's one out there of "The Doomsday Machine" that makes an already great episode...well, perfect. Much more to it than CBS's version. The one scene of the Enterprise sweeping around to charge in among the debris field is cinema quality.

I'm a completist by nature, so I would get the whole thing. (Even Spock's Brain.)

I intend to get the whole thing but the question is whether to get it as the single set or all the seasons individually.

This really is a question about packaging.
