    This has been known for over a decade. It just took the JPL guys a long time to admit to it.

    I kind of wished it was some new phenomenon.
    But then, I was hoping for FTL neutrinos and a missing Higgs.

    Not that I would have bet money on any of them, though.

    The link in the article that is supposed to go to Turyshev's
    new paper actually goes to a much older paper (2003).

    I haven't been able to figure out yet how to sign up to
