BA post count

I had almost caught up to the BA's post count, then, over night it "jumped" over a hundred posts*.

What's that all about??

Possibly, the database is still being reconciled. The BA does have an automatic post each time he posts to his blog, but that would not account for a sudden, hundred post increase.

It was something like 11,134 yesterday, and over a hundred more today...

As far as the BA's post count going up when he posts to his blog, well, It seems rather meaningless since he doesn't post to the board.

Sounds like vanity...giving the appearence that he participates....but what do I know.



I've got an idea...just list his post count as infinity...put it at the top of the page...vanity "satisfied".

Seriously, though...the BA does not post to this board, so why does he need a post count??

Try not to let your vanity get in the way of enjoying this forum. BA DOES post here. If you look in all 45 sections (some of which you're not allowed to see), you will see that he is posting here almost every day.

There's a forum for Phil's blog entries the same way there is for stories on Universe Today - it's just not public. So whenever he makes a blog entry, he gets an automatic post here.
