How to edit signature?

I normally would not post such a mundane question as a thread, but the search is not turning up any good results for "how to edit signature". By signature I mean the text at the end of each post that a user makes. Perhaps this isn't called that.

edit: Never mind, I found it after clicking on "Notification" and then clicking on the "In Box". It was in the lower left corner. I will leave up this post in case any other user is able to search and find the answer.

NASA is a government institution and therefore a political body. So according to the rules of this forum NASA is banned as a topic of discussion. Oops! I said NASA. Oops! I said it again.

Except, if you actually read the rules, you will note there are several exceptions to that rule, and one of them is

Political impact upon space programs, exploration, and science.

so people talk about NASA and the ESA all the time.
