It looks like something from an SF movie. Actually, what it first reminded me of was the interior of the Kamiokande observatory.
    As above, so below

Neither of the two, although I agree. The shiny thing on the very right is the moon, by the way.

Well, I can see the trees, the moon, and something on the *Edit* water *end Edit* covered with what appears to be CDs. Is it a parade float????

Water? No water. No CDs, either.
    Nope.

Hint: It's not reflected light. (Except the moon, of course.)

    Is the object really flying?

My first thought was a big stadium type floodlight-system of some sort. But if it is indeed in the air - then "floodlight-system" being airlifted?

Is it a privacy screen in front of the side of an RV or Caravan?

No, it isn't really flying. But nothing of the sort. I do have an alternative vid of actually flying objects though if you prefer...

It is a building, no windows though.

But since I'm back now and have access to my server again, does anyone want to hazard a guess at this one instead? It is an actual flying object this time, and what a UFO video!

    Video is here: http://joker.mirar.org/P?kina062012/00013.MTS

Not Venus. The colours there aren't a camera artifact.
I have a better video but I'm going to post that when someone guessed it. It gives too much away.

Ok then. Could they be strobe lights? A commercial aircraft flying directly towards / Directly away, from the camera?

Well if it's too hard... let's see if this second video gives any clarity to the UFO affair:

It is. This was shot in Shanghai two weeks ago - I knew they were into kite flying, and into decorating everything with blinking lights at night, so it was only a matter of time someone combined these two
Made for a pretty good UFO video though!
