Question Unidentified Object Very Close to Sun....

You may have already seen this, but the conspiracy world is blowing up calling this an alien space-craft.

They are also saying that the satellite was taken offline to cover this UFO up.

What do you guys think? Is this an asteroid or some free floating plasma?

I can't watch YouTube from here. Is this another image from a spacecraft? If so, do they have a reference or link to the original image? Failing that, do they state the spacecraft name, the date and time of the image, and the instrument taking the image?

Most often this stuff turns out to be imaging artifacts. In fact, the first thing I do for stories like this is to Google the spacecraft name and the word "artifacts." For instance, "NASA stereo artifacts" or "SOHO artifacts." The official sites often have a good deal of information about the imaging artifacts common for that spacecraft.
