    Of what would be formed...

...a planet made alone from a gas cloud, like a star-formation, but without enough gas to actually form a star, let's say just enough to be the size of an Earth, or Super-Earth.

Would it be higher in H and He? Would it be a gas planet or a solid one?

It would be a gas planet, if only Earth-mass it might not last long outside the cloud that formed it.

Almost 90% of nebulae are comprised of hydrogen (by number, not mass), but both hydrogen and helium are the two lightest elements and will soon escape any atmosphere (including ours). Only the more massive planets can hold these elements, and temperature is important, too.
We know time flies, we just can't see its wings.
