The self-conscious infiniverse theory incorporates the following elements into one package.
The Big Bang Theory.
A Cyclic Multiverse Theory.
The idea that the present order of physical laws makes life possible and that this the tendency for this order to mutate is restrained by the highly-evolved intelligent life themselves.
"So where is the repeatable, independently verifiable, evidence for your revolutionary view point?"
For such evidence we must look for evidence that supports the Big Bang Theory.
In the Cyclic Multiverse Theory (which does not involve concepts such as Dark Matter), our galaxy is one of a cluster of galaxies that is rotating around a large central mass that we cannot detect with waves we yet to detect using scientific instruments.
So, in order for a sort of Cyclic Multiverse Theory to gain a foundation in science, it has to be able to explain much of the data that our reliable scientific instruments detect.
Things that would help the cause of supporting the Cyclic Multiverse Theory... (i think...)
- detecting lateral movement of galaxies which are billions of light-years away - with great certainty.
- the discovery of new waves that suggest that the big bang is really a continous expansion of matter from a small superdense mass (reffered to as the singularity) that is formed by a continuous compression of mass from the other side.
- the discovery of a large superdense mass around which matter violently contracts and expands during a sort of complex orbit.
Things that would support the idea of a universe whose laws have been maintained by intelligent life.
- the discovery of intelligent extraterrestrial life.
- detecting minute, gradual changes over time of what we consider fundamental constants.
- obtaining supporting information from intelligent life who originate from elsewhere in the universe.

Say there was a moment when laws were continuously fluxating... until one day, gravity, light, galaxies, stars, and planets were created... the universe became a fractal of galaxies made up of innumerable quarks orbiting quarks of high-orders of space-time (of large mass and size)...
there was a large spike in the fluctation of laws... so that chance for evolution increase drastically... but soon, the chances were artifically lowered by very intelligent life who saw that if they did not modify the laws and hold constants to laws which allow them to live... then the laws of universe would ultimately fluctuate to the point where all life in the universe self-destroy...
because of this intelligent life, the chances of evolution decreased drastically due to slight modifications of the laws... this intelligent life decided to spread life such as themselves throughout the universe without any risk of having planets already been taken... so that there is always a new planet to be sought -planets open to receieve rays from all over the universe, planets suitable for life- and so life would spread out throughout the universe for eternity
humanity is in its gestation period, and we may blossom into a humanity with unlimited potential... if we were seeded by other parent life... then they must have wanted us to come up with scientific theories such as evolution, and see and understand in such a way that many are convinced that there was a beginning... yes there was a beginning indeed...
all matter is hollow. this includes every atom we are composed of, and yet we still hold up.... how are we like this? why is such great order manifested in the universe? Why is there living and non-living? How is our mind and conciousness born? It is because of the infinity of components of the universe were preceded by a great evolution of intelligent life which was preceded by a infinity of fluctuations in the fundamental laws of the universe...
we are conciousness because conciousness can make a home for itself in the universe, and harmonize laws so that conciousness may live for eternal years...
the universe is infinite in many ways we do not know at the moment, and yet if they were not, life would cease to exist.

If time has no beginning, then physical laws may dictate that neither must space. If nothing stops physical laws from changing, then anything is a possibility. Even if something manages to keep the physical laws constant, whatever is possible will happen, and any possible thought that can arise from living thing will take place. In a universe that has its laws fixed, anything that does not happen happens 0 times while the universe is at that current state. If the laws of the universe return to a state it once was, and if the properties of all the particles universe are the same as it was, then a history will repeat itself. There is no place without space, the meanings of these two words go hand in hand.If time has no beginning and no end then every possiblity is possible and will be possible no matter the likely hood. Therefore life is endless. If we die... in unknown^unknown years the matter of the universe will reline in such away that we are "revived" with all memories or other unlimited possiblities. In turn anything you think of will be possible or has been or will be again. This is my theory.
The propogation of life throughout the universe may persist indefinitely if the laws are maintained such that planets and galaxies may exist to support life. If the physical laws are not restrained, they will change. As long as the change persists, anything that is possible happens at least once now or in the future and therefore either is happening or will happen - and thus happen at least once.
But there is something else to realize. For example, I cannot be in Iraq yesterday and be aware of it and remember now that I did... such a thing would be impossible. However, to know that I did not - that's possible.
