Is a "Never Ending Moo Cow" a Moo Cow that never ends or a Cow that never stops mooing? And what exactly are they seeking revenge for?

I'm not sure. Some say its a cow that wants revenge after somebody stole its tail, or it might be the new species Bos Circulus of subfamily Bovinae. It could be that a high school band was mistaken for endless vengeful mooing.
