So it only takes "posting in this thread recently" to garner a mod warning??? No, that's more rubbish. You are fully aware what the rules are here, and if you break those rules, there are consequences.

Certainly nothing to be "scared" of unless you'll feeling "guilty" about something.

...and what is this "attacked" nonsense. Is that what you call moderation of posters who can't seem to follow the rules???...being attacked???

    Rubbish...
It all comes back to the same basic thing, people who think that if they keep getting warned/punished for breaking the rules then the rules must be wrong and those enforce them are vindictive bullies. The notion that they should just change their behaviour and stay within the rules is simply inconceivable to them.

Jeff Root, everybody else has brought up pretty much everything I was going to say (including the absurd notion teachers "attacking" students by grading in colored ink). You obviously have some issues with the moderation if you'll react at the drop of a hat. For both of these reasons, I really have nothing to say in reply.

Note to all, .. To read the very light coloured text just left click across the post.. It turns it all bright..

and Put the blame where it should be.. Steven King wrecked clowns..

If bad language is used it gets dumped.. thats fair.

Keep doing it and you get dumped, thats fair too. I do not see any mistake here..

and that image of a tortured soul in Moose's page.. Thats a 'Pick-cassio'... well actually its not, but it looks like one.

I like it some... where do I find a bigger image of that ? ( @ Moose )...

I would not be the only person to have noticed. That across this 'Forum' the use, and skill of use of the language

becomes important.. some times more important than what you are saying is how you said it..

If you can be misunderstood. You will be. I know this to be true.

I had a broken by war education and did not get English until I was 27 years old..

I had a pure local Mandarin language until then. No English...so I struggle often. BUT enjoy the challenge..

but must also confess to a lazy attitude.. at 59 thats not going to change is it ?

Right here. You'll have to convert it if you want it bigger than that. I don't have access to the original.

The alternative is not using a color to indicate that a post is written with the moderator hat on. But then any post from a moderator becomes a "threat". Be it in Fun&Games or not.

Considering that both items you listed are subjective impressions, IMHO they can only be fixed by you.

Is it yellow? Darn it, my mistake. Whatever it is, it's harder to see than the pink text.

    [Pardon my edit, slang.]

This can be very true. Most of the time, I get overly picky about how I write something. Othertimes.... see below.*

If you're online, and haven't run into this by now, you're lucky.

I would not have guessed. You do a fine job with English.

*I'm 55, I can understand the feeling. I think it's more of a "I don't want to change anymore" attitude.

Which is about as surprising as seeing a new complaint thread when you've had a thread closed.

I don’t know what they have to say,
It makes no difference anyway --
Whatever it is, I’m against it!
No matter what it is or who commenced it,
    I’m against it.
