Satellite Altimetry - How to convert measurement time in local time ?

    Hello Dear

I have been working with satellite altimetry and I would like to convert the time in which a measurement is taken to the local time of the measurement done by the satellite Jason 2.

Could you help me on that please?

    Thank you for your time
