"If Jupiter was closer to mars orbit, and mars was a moon of jupiter, then it's likely Mars would be a habitable moon as jupiter's tidal forces from gravity would have kept it's plate tectonics going and it's magnetospere would of prevented/or drasticaly slowed mars loss of atmosphere"

That is a possibility, not that we know of any Mars size moons of Warm Jovian/super-Jovian Planets, but I'm sure some sort of probabilities could be worked out, of course this depends upon a very generous interpretation of "habitable."
