I noticed taht the entire crew are veteran flyers, not rookies. You would think that they would let at leas a couple of rookies to fly. There are some rookie astronauts up for a long wait for their ride.
Order of Kilopi
The key word is "rescue" there. You want experience on an emergency flight.
