Arrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggh! Don't you just hate it when you just can't think of a film title?
This film was something I saw when I was a child and it had me in tears at the end (like they usually do).
What I can describe of it: Black and white, a small girl who was deaf and dumb, and she went to an institute where they gave her a balloon so she could sense the vibrations when someone was talking to her and it also taught her to speak. I am not sure if it was a British or American film.
Any ideas? As it is driving me crazy.I know it isn't the French film The red balloon.
