Negative Energy and Gravitational Time Dilation

If negative energy (or matter) has anti-gravity properties, would an object surrounded by enough of this stuff nullify some of the gravitational time dilation caused by massive bodies? Anybody Know?

yes it would. Spacetime is dilated ... if negative energy can uncurve space then time would also be de-dilated. My understanding is that the effect from the negative energy would be included in the stress energy tensor and its effect on space-time would be included in the ricci tensor.
