I wouldn’t know where to look for the numbers, but I am sure you could determine the size of that object and compare it to Mercury and Venus to prove which one it is.

Nancy's psychosis has found a way to cope with reality. She can now comfortably predict any event and has a handy escape route if (if? - when) it doesn't happen. Rather than deal with reality, as most of us must, she bends reality to match her thoughts. If I write a check that bounces, it means I made an error in my check book calculations; if Nancy did, she would be convinced that the Zetans had gone on a spending spree.

What's she's doing is smart, at least from a woo-woo point of view. What she's doing is saying that Venus is transiting now, so that when the real event occurs in June, she can say something along the lines of "How can Venus be in the same position twice in a few months. The first event must have been Venus, so the one that will occur in June must be PX, not Venus as the evil Gubbment would have us believe".
I know that Mercury is really only transiting from SOHO's point of view, but by June, everyone who believes in this woo-woo stuff will have forgotten, and Nancy will simply say that, in early March, "Venus" transited the Sun instead.

I have to confess to a perverse fascination with Nancy, and I just wonder how long it will take her to finally give up. She's claiming on GLP that the shift will "probably" occur before the transit in June, but I'd be very surprised if she gave up then. I think it's going to take a couple of years.

HB, essentially, this forum is for debunking Planet X.
It is obvious that debunkers should greatly outnumber believers here and elsewhere on the Bad Astronomy site.
How could it be any other way?
The PX believers are unable to defend their beliefs anyway, so it's obvious that they will be scarce wherever they are subject to embarrassing questions, and plentiful wherever questions are not asked.
I suppose you also find it odd that moon landing hoax bashers outnumber believers in the lunar conspiracies area as well?

Nancy's latest - Polaris isn't where it's supposed to be. Confirmed by Jan Rypdal (her ex-internal auditor for Troubled Times).
Seems that Jan took his new LX200 out and centered Polaris in the FOV of the finderscope (he called it a guide scope), and didn't turn on the drive motors -
- and lo and behold, Polaris had moved in the period of an hour! So he re-centered Polaris, and came back an hour later, and it had moved again!
The claim: Since Polaris is at the celestial pole, it should stay centered in EP forever if the scope isn't turned on, and Nancy therefore claims that the Earth has tilted.
Someone needs to tell Jan the coordinates of Polaris.
