Nicely done. I did much the same with film years ago of a great horned owl atop my tri-band beam. Lost it when a tree limb crushed that part of the house. Big oak limb can do a lot of damage I learned the hard way. Actually they look about the same. Most thought it a cat in fact but sky too dark to see detail as you can in your shot, just a black object against the sky in my shot. I didn't know it was there while searching for some 14th magnitude tiny galaxies in my 10" F/8 scope. It was nearly directly above me. Let out its call and I found I almost fit down the 1.25 draw tube. Once I came to I ran and got the camera before it flew. Sure wish I still had those film images.
