PraedSt - Thanks! Lots of collaboration with others, and great ideas on their part, so can only claim part of the credit. I feel I can claim all of the impetus, though, for if I hadn't pushed it, we'd wake up to the old BAUT each day.

mahesh - BD is alive and well, thank God. If he ever left us, I'd have to hunt him down and drag him back to life.
