This one really raised my eyebrows.
It's a pretty good article on Moon Daily regarding lunar exploration for water (here's a link (http://www.moondaily.com/reports/NASA_Eyes_Water_In_Moon_Mission_999.html) to the article)
It was the final paragraph that made me laugh ... here it is ... (underline is mine)
There are technical barriers, too. The space shuttle vehicle that could deliver astronauts to the Moon will be retired next year, with a new vehicle not expected in operation before 2015.
Maybe one of the 2 "super shuttles" from Armageddon, but only if Bruce Willis is heading the team!
