My second attempt at Orion. This one is through my new Celestron Nexstar 8 SE. Wow, this is a great scope! It turned out pretty well considering how much dew was on the lens. Now I just need to work on focusing a bit better...

Actually that is just one exposure. I was trying to take multiple ones, but the rest didn't turn out quite as sharp. If I use a program such as Registax to compile the images, do they need to be aligned, or does it do that automatically?

Hi M83, Either way or use Nebulosity which is a good stacker also. Try it out and see the results. Clear Skies
