Caption to a beautiful photograph in the Globe and Mail of the setting, partially eclipsed sun:

"The moon casts a shadow on the sun during a partial solar eclipse as it sets Monday over Manila Bay in the Philippines."

Same photo on other news sites with a similar caption.

Doesn't that just confirm what the Apollo Hoaxsters have long said about two light sources?

Of course, it does. Sunlight reflected from Earth toward the Sun will be partly shielded by the Moon during solar eclipses. Itīs called Earth eclipses by the Sunlings

Well, there's the new mission for Hollywood's next big-budget no-brainer sci-fi movie; Scientists take advantage of this new found property of eclipses; during an eclipse the portion of the sun that is cast into shadow is cool enough for astronauts to land on and study the surface of the sun. Drama arises when one of the crew is striken with "space madness!!" and sabotages the lander. The Hero (tm) is able to fix the lander, allowing the crew to take off just as the shadow is almost gone, narrowly saving the crew! ...BUT, and here's the twist no one could see coming, the hero has to sacrifice himself to make the fix!

BRILLIANT!
