Just read story ont hte canis major dwarf galaxy in space.com. Just some thoughts. Has anyone supperimposed theh remnant of this galaxy and the sagittrius dwarf galaxy simulataneously on the milky way? Would anyone also expect to find older remnats from another samll galaxy? How many bite-sized galaxies has the milky way gobbled-up?
