Is there something special about cookies at BAUT?

I notice that when I open old threads that have recent posts, and I try to go to the last unread post, I'm taken to the very first post in the thread, even though it started years ago, and I've read and posted on the same thread in the last few weeks.

Did that make sense?

I don't see this at other fora. It's like cookies from BAUT time-out after a certain number of days.


I'm using IE 6.0.29xxx.xxx

This computer is a company-owned laptop, so I have no choice in browsers.

If you are able to run stuff off of a pendrive, CD, or other potable media then you do have a choice http://portableapps.com/ I use stuff from there loads.
