Could you use lots of, created, microscopic black holes to detect neutrinos?

I wondered whether when a neutrino falls into a microscopic black hole, whether it is destroyed, leaving an X-ray emission, and whether you could detect neutrinos, or other particles, this way?


That is, just before the BH evaporates.
