Not here to cause problems.....lets get that cleared up.

I do Believe in Creationism to a point. I personally believe that the christian God created the universe using the Big Bang as his choice of doing it. And to a degree Micro Evolution took place on earth but all the creatures were made individually in his ideas. ANyone else think like this?? if not i would like to hear some solid proof for the Macro Evolution Theory and the universe with "no God"( im 17 years old)

Because i know for a fact that......there is not a single fossil out there thats ever been discovered that is a complete missing link between the evolution of a species. ALot of proof is out there to really blow Evolution out of the water as a logical or acceptable theory.

Then you should read the rules here (http://www.bautforum.com/showthread.php?p=564845)first. Note Rule 12

Suggest you try here (http://www.talkorigins.org/) and let us know after you finish reading the whole site. Your comments are probably better off at that site.

I know this is going to get locked soon, but can you provide this "proof" that diproves evolution for us?

Wikipedia "missing link" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transitional_fossil)

Perhaps Yahoo Answers is a good place for you to asert your beliefs.

A site that has been nearly ruined by non-thought in some of it's sections.

In order to get a response on "macro" evolution, you need to first describe what you think is the functional difference between that and "micro"... because they really aren't separate things. They're both just evolution.

Note that the OP basically asserts three completely separate things, and seems to think they are somehow connected. First, it makes a statement of personal belief. Not particularly relevant to a science forum, and since none of us know the OPer, it is unlikely we really care what their personal beliefs are. Second, it asks for "proof" that the belief is wrong, but does not agree on any acceptable format for what will constitute evidence, let alone proof. No one can "prove" anything on such terms, so the request is pointless. Third, it makes a scientific-sounding claim with no scientific backing or support, and indeed a host of established and successful scientists would disagree with it. So where does all that leave us? Not much more to say, I'd say.

The OP if I read right, says they subscribe to what is called Theistic Evolution, which is outside the scope of this forum. I could explain why TE is not satisfactory from certain parts of the faith community, but not here on BAUT as it would violate forum rules.

That's me done with this thread

You can lock this thread now.

I think the posts, from several veteran BAUT members, adequately answer the questions in the OP.

Given my difficulty of finding an aspect of this topic which does not go beyond the scope of BAUT (not to mention its rules), I'm closing this thread.

If any BAUT member, and GaryFenza in particular, feels there is a way the questions in the OP can be usefully further discussed, please send me a PM.
