JWD posted an apology of sorts to sci.astro within the last 12 hours or so. He came under some heavy fire, and was also told that if he was truly sorry, he should take down the mirror of Zetatalk and his personal "analysis" of the images.

It seems he's done so, and I commend him on those actions. They reflect his sincerity in regards to his apology.

You can access the archives of sci.astro through Google (http://groups.google.com/groups?q=sci.astro&hl=en), or through your newsreader (Outlook, etc) if you have Usenet access through your ISP.
