My episode (which I got through iTunes) played just fine.

I just download onto my PC and and play it in Windows Media Player

Try your other podcasts and see if they work at the moment. If they don't, check your equalizer (EQ) setting on your iPod and set it to off, then play a normal song once on your iPod and try the podcast again. If other podcasts work or if you aren't listening from your iPod, try redownloading the show.
