NASA has released many of its spaceflight programs to the public via this web page:

Unfortunatly it is currently fee based software, but hopefully will be free to us private non commercial users

I don't know if this is the right forum, but there's interesting stuff at those links up there and a great number of acronyms for anyone wanting to get in tune with the lingo down NASA way.
