Absolutely. According to an analysis I read of the 2004 British Mornington Crescent Open finals, the only escape from Arsenal in a Picadilly Dog leap side straddle is indeed either Fenchurch Street (for the more cautiously-minded) or indeed the Boston Manor/South Ealing Grand Escape for those willing to risk an all-out assault on the Euston/Kings Cross stationary defense position.
Either way, it's easy now to put Roy in rucksack by moving forth to

Errm, sorry.
However, the "complex" form of the routemaster lateral does not allow for a Western circumnavigation escape sweep, so
Tottenham Hale
leaves you no other possibility than to side-track via the Victoria/District exchange if you want to avoid staleknip.

True, true, I have to say though, I always thought Condorino was a good case of style over substance. I'm a fan of the good old fashioned "Stick it up yer jumper and don't let them get the ball" style of playing.

I've been waiting for that one: That's MC in three for me . See?
Notting Hill Gate
Next player can't go to MC directly because of the blocked Southern Roundabout escape... To secure Northern line admissibility (without which it would be MC right away for the next player), the only option is
Earl's Court.
That puts the next player in a tight place - two-front collapse imminent or a deep knip for move repitition with no hope of ever getting out of it anymore in this round. So,
Hammersmith, thus rolling me a pokey advantage (no use trying a Circle Line escape - see why?).
I take that advantage for a direct breakthrough to
Warren Street, and the rest, as they say, is trivial:
Mornington Crescent.
So sweet the fruits of victory. And for the first time. And against Sticks:dance::dance::dance:.
Not to keep you waiting for to long, next round starts in Londish Siberia at
