Could be the same person who is blank here <<removed link>>
I always wondered about that...
Well, the link didn't link to what I wanted, but if you look at the Word association games who posted here about 5 down or so is a blank user.

For some reason, some of the posts did not make the transformation intact. A few of HUb''s posts are attributed to the same blank--you can sometimes tell who posted it by looking at subsequent posts that quote it, and the name is in the attribution of the quote. I think some of the posters who were banned before the transformation also lost a lot of their identity.

What have you been doing?
Trying to find the oldest thread in the database?
I'm pretty sure that such a thread wouldn't be allowed
under today's rules.

I think they were looking for old discussions about how many stars are visible to the naked eye--a recent thread somewhere.
I just checked our stellar search engine for HUb' posts, and the first one seems to be in January of 2003. However, here (http://www.bautforum.com/showthread.php?p=3763#post3763) is a thread obviously started by HUb' in December of 2001. Blankly.

We used to allow unregistered posters to comment in certain areas of the forum. I think the system gave them the name "Anonymous". So those were probably names brought over from when they were in the UT board.

Correct. I came across this thread while searching for one in which Kaptain K gave a figure for the magnitude of the faintest stars visible by people with very acute vision. It was something like 7.5, but I can't remember the exact value. Failed to find it.
