Spiders From Mars?

I was idly checking out the "Who's Online" feature and was surprised to see it completely dominated by a suspicious character named "Yahoo Slurp Spider";also: "Google Spider" and "MSN BOT Spider." I take it these are automated snoopers that travel through the net cataloguing everything.

Yup, but these are good spiders. Many visitors find the forum through these search engines.
