I disagree that the canceled project mentioned were a waste of money. I'm sure that valuable data was obtained before cancelation and many design concepts were tested.

I could argue that even more money is being wasted in socialist programs in the past 40-50 years to try and eliminate joblessness, poverty and hunger. Compared to these programs, NASA's whole budget is a drop in the bucket. But I won't argue this. These issues are rarely black and white issues and can't be argued that way.

The only purpose of the article seems to be to bash NASA.
