Reading by starlight

Astronomer, I think you should include the following in your "reading by starlight" section: I realize that one cannot read by starlight in most situations. However, when a star goes supernova, there have been reports of the sky being full of light throughout the night. This would provide enough light to read with, if the supernova was in our galaxy.

And of course, during a good meteor shower, ala '66 Leonids, it'd be more than possible.
