How to post an image

I have made a picture to explain my theory but I can't get it to post.

It's located on my computer:
C: My Documents/My Pictures/Malon_Gluon1.jpg

It's also viewable on a webpage:
C: My Documents/malongluonweb.html

Help. please......

:) Upload your picture to your personal website, anywhere but not yahoo (geocities), because it's cannot be link for some reason.

Use "Add Reply" and NOT quick reply, then under File Attachments choose the image you'd like to display. Alternatively you could upload it to your own website and link to it as Tiny suggests.
