Excuse me. I have a problem here. About weeks ago, I asked Fraser about how nebula can formed? The problem is, I cannot find the forum :( . I explored the forums, and, still, I could not find it.

Would you like to help me? Would you like to explain to me how to use the forum? Or maybe you find my question ;) ?

I am still searching now, from weeks ago. Phew.

If it's not in the Questions And Answers section, I'd suggest re-posting it there. Any topics started in the wrong area (such as a question about stars being posted in the Website Feedback area) are moved to the appropriate section of the site by the moderators.

BTW, Fraser probably won't be able to answer it himself (since he's a busy man :)) but there are many others here who can help you :)
