My new telescope suppose be arrive on Firiday (2-5 business day service), but its Monday now still no package arrive >< and I chose Fedex as shipping Method, I wonder what happen to my package... :ph34r:

You should be able to track it. Go to their website and do a search with the tracking number.

I did >< but they didn&#39;t update the information of my package, so its the same....

This is the newest information and it&#39;s the oldest information as well ><

Jezz I dont live in OAKLAND CA, I wodner why they taking my package to Oakland, then take it back to S. SF, then Oakland again, then finally S.SF again ><

Email and Phone >< same thing, same answer...."you will recieve your package in the next 2 days"....now I know 2 days = 5 days >< Well maybe it&#39;s Holiday I guess, so I should give them 2 more days or 3 more days, if I dont recieve my Package by Thursday, Refund LOL ><...Waiting...Waiting&#33;&#33;&#33; :wacko: :blink:

My fiancee and I had a similar problem (I think it was with FedEx) - basically, they&#39;d tried to deliver our scope while we were out and the note said they would try again the next day. So I stayed in the entire day and - surprise - no telescope.

We gave them a ring, gave them all the details and they said they had no record of it on their system. They took our contact details and promised someone would call us before 9am the next morning with an update. So we then went online and got the tracking details up straight away but the details hadn&#39;t been updated at all.

So whoever it was who answered our call clearly didn&#39;t know what they were doing, but to be fair, someone *did* call us back at 8am the next day and promised us it would be at our local depot that morning. My fiancee went there at lunchtime and picked it up, no problems.

It got sorted in the end, but it&#39;s not very impressive when you&#39;ve waited in all day and have been told there&#39;s no trace of your parcel when you call them&#33;

7 days form now. What a beautiful sky last night T-T Damm you stupid Fedex...I swear next time never and ever using Fedex as my shipping method. I am out of breath :( I alread sent like 6 email to them already, but all I recieve is some kinda stupid auto system reply...LOL I already recieve my eye piece (Cheap one><), so Next time whenever u guyz order don&#39;t using Fedex, either using USP or UPS or DHL service, if u are using Fedex, u might end up like me >< wait all weeken long for those FEDEX ppls to knock my door.
