Does anybody know how they sterilise/decontaminate spacecraft/satellites/probes?

I don't know. If there is ever a craft sent to Europa, the scientists are worried about Earth bugs contaminating whatever life might be there. The people drilling down at Lake Vostok are also worried about contaminating that lake with modern bacteria.
