Bausch&Lomb 4000 1200MM F/12

I've had this B&L 4000 for many years, bought it used. It had everything but the manual. I recently got it out again, but have forgotten much about it. Thought I'd try to obtain a manual for it, but searches for this have not produced any results. Found this site while searching, so anyone have one I could buy a copy from?
