help!!

Hi, I recently purchased an Orion StarMax 102mm telescope and I would like to start taking photos. I have purchased the T- ring to attach my Olympus OM-1 to the telescope but I'm having difficulty focusing the images. Do I also need to attach a T-adapter? I'm very new to all of this, but this site is awesome! I'd really appreciate someone's help :unsure: thanks

I came across this paragraph in the advertisement for the 102.

"Astrophotographers will like the addition of T-threads on the eyepiece adapter, enabling direct attachment of a 35mm camera body (with optional T-ring) for short-exposure shoots. The same feature allows the scope to become a precision telephoto lens for terrestrial photography."
