SUMMARY: NASA-funded scientists have proven that storms in China can spread dust incredible distances in a relatively short time; over 20,000 kilometres traveling from Asia, to North America, then Greenland, and even reaching the French Alps. Red dust had been discovered in the Alps over 20 years ago, but the actual origin hadnít been tracked until now. Several computers models were used to simulate the movement of dust in the atmosphere.
