27 answers, 20 of them not even close. Can you improve on my non-traditional answer?
Mostly hydrogen nuclei and free electrons = plasma that is very hot. Helium nuclei is third most abundant with traces of the nuclei of all the elements. There are also photons, neutrons, neutrinos and a zoo of other subatomic particles. The neutrinos leave promptly at the speed of light. Neil

Everytime I have seen it the electrons arent counted, making helium the second most abundant. Then again, if you are counting things other than elements, the photons massively outnumber everything else.

Other than that, your question dosent make any sense. It isnt clear what you are asking

The neutrinos leave promptly at the speed of light.

Or faster, depending on whom you ask! :) Well, probably slower, but not at.
