It's done by a German comic artists who is doing political comics since some 30 years.
Unfortunately, he forgot the lunar conspiracy...

I think I'd stick the moon hoax conspiracy in the upper-right-hand corner, in the vicinity of Hollywood, JFK, and CIA. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif

That's too funny. Anybody remember the comic strip "Bloom County" from the 1908s? One day they had a similar, albeit simpler, "web of evil" diagram. It proposed an evil connection between Khaddafi, hemorrhoids, and something else I can't recall.
