In fact, logon is ok, but there´s a problem with twitting ["Something is technically wrong. Please try again in a moment"]. Some kind of overload, methinks.

Problems with twitter
I've often wondered what the extreme of non-essentiality might be.
Now I know.

It was the launch night of the UK's last series of Big Brother last night - Would that have been it?

I don't use it, but maybe it's from an overload of twits. ;)

Oh; I would be disappointed in the world if that were the case.
Twitter outage resolved, site getting up to speed (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/37595084/ns/technology_and_science-tech_and_gadgets/?ns=technology_and_science-tech_and_gadgets)
the microblogging site appeared to be getting back to normal after a problem with "networking equipment" was fixed. Some users were still having trouble, however, getting onto the site.

Twitter Dies At Age 4 (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dan-abramson/twitter-dies-at-age-4_b_606135.html)
The cause of death has been tentatively listed as "over capacity," though suspicion has fallen on the ill-tempered whale who first reported the death. :)

I'm not going to the funeral. It's been "twitter this, tweet that" for 4 years, and frankly, I'm tired of hearing it.

No problems except sometimes system overload ---> "too many tweets".

WELL... - if you want to follow a shuttle mission quasi live, it is at least nice to have. Twitter, I mean.
And if you, like me, are a crazy fan of a pop star who (the star, that is) is actively tweeting almost 24/7, and you want to stay up-to-date and in a kind of "virtual circle of friends", twitter is almost essential ;)

Johann Sebastian Bach died 260 years ago, so I'm pretty much outta luck.
Does the pop star get up hourly at night to twitter "I'm still sleeping"? I mean, come on, if ya gots ta knowz, ya gots ta knowz. ;)

Yeah, we just reached the top of the Richter Scale of Who Cares. ;)

You do remember that the Richter scale is open ended, right?
I'm quite sure it's possible to top that for Who Cares, though admittedly it's difficult:D
Sports statistics is definitely in the same general area, how anyone would be interested in someone's pitching average against left handed batters when the moon is waning and the wind is south south west, or whatever it is they look at, is beyond me.

People who care about sport stats I call sport geeks. They are just as geeky about that stuff as some others are about computers or Star Trek.
