As some of you may know, back in 2008 the “Carnival of Space” got started. For the past 4 years, a whole community of blogs have taken turns hosting a round up of that weeks best blog posts in astronomy and space science.
This week the Carnival of Space #255 is hosted by the “Vintage Space”.
CosmoQuest is proud to be part of the Carnival of Space and this broader astronomy community, and we look forward to regularly being part of the Carnival of Space for weeks and years to come.
On March 22, 2013 we found out that many NASA EPO programs will be suspended as a direct result of US budgetary sequestration. The full ramifications are still being learned, but we are proactively working to raise money to make sure that CosmoQuest can continue to support its staff and its programs. As we are able, we will also use any monies we raise to contract amazing people whose jobs are negatively impacted by budgetary cuts.
